Ferial Sheybani

Background

Ferial Sheybani is the Vice President of Colliers Canada Technology and Data. Reporting to the CEO of Canada, Ferial is leading the Information Technology function
and Enterprise Data Management, liaising with senior business executives and leaders to understand business strategies, identify digital solutions for achieving business
outcomes, and execute the Enterprise Digital roadmap.

Ferial is a seasoned Technology and Data Executive with over two decades of experience in digital product development, service delivery, organization change
management, infrastructure planning and IT operation leadership in the private and public sectors.

She has significant expertise in leading large and complex transformative initiatives, including development/operation, and rollout of Connecting Ontario Health Information Exchange, and most recently, building the national data management platform for Colliers Canada and Proptech products that automate CRE processes and enrich customer experience.

As an agile leader with a strong customer focus and exceptional organizational expertise, Ferial builds highly effective teams to deliver business outcomes through strategic planning, innovative solutioning and excellence in stakeholder engagement to drive results with a proven track record of success.

Winner of the Data Leader of the Year for 2022 from Bonhill Women in IT, Ferial continues to lead her team towards employing technology to enrich the way business users work and provide them with the right tools to excel and exceed client expectations, positioning Colliers as an acknowledged industry leader.

Prior to joining Colliers, she held different executive positions and progressive senior roles in numerous organizations such as SNC-Lavalin, Telus Health, and PwC.

Ferial holds a BSc. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences and a PMP from the Project Management Institute. She is a certified personal development coach and active career coach.
